Tea tree always good but leaving it alone really is the best cure! (I know I sound like my mum!)

Will that make a difference by Saturday?

got the flowers sorted btw, one of mum's friends is going to add a little something to them to make them sit in the vases better :-)

Honestly? with 2 days to go id leave it!!!!! if it not a honker itl dry up and be easier to cover with make up!

I have tried toothpaste in the past and just makes the spot angrier!

I've tried toothpaste on a bad spot before and the white toothpaste just clung to the head of the spot and that wasn't a good look!

I know Liz earle have a spot blaster although haven't tried it myself, but TBH if you wouldn't normally use anything on a spot I wouldn't try anything new 2 days before your wedding.

Teatree is an antibacterial agent, so will stop it getting bigger / redder perhaps?

If it were me, with two days to go I would try to squeeze it if you can do so without damaging your skin with your nails. If it's "ready" (as in, pops out white/yellow pus rather than just oozing clear liquid) then by Saturday it'll just be a small flat red mark that can be relatively easily covered with concealer, especially if you start by using a white eyeliner pencil (yes, that's right!) to take out the redness before you put on your foundation.

Be warned: the fact that I've never, ever seen that recommended anywhere else suggests that it might not be the best idea in the world, but it really does work for me!

That's the sort of thing I was thinking MrsBrown, something I can put on, like a patch. It's not huge and probably would cover I just don't want it to get any bigger.

we've got to take the vases to the florist in a minute I might pop into boots and see what they've got.

Freederm cream is very good at drying them out overnight so can be hidden with make up

I've not tried it but someone suggested to me crushing up an asprin and making it into a paste with a little water...? I usually stick with Freederm Gel (Boots, behing the counter) and this seems to stop spots getting angrier and isn't too drying. You've got to be careful as make up can cling to dry skin and look more obvious so don't dry it out too much. Good luck!!

Just been to boots and spoke to one of the people that worked there and she suggested clearasil rapid action gel, just put some on and it's tingling so it must be doing something.

A good hot bath or steaming your face will make it go down too.

The bestest bestest spot zapper in the world is origins spot remover, just put a load on it overnight and by morning it will have dissappered! its got salycilic acid deriverd from willow bark to naturally try it out, and basil to calm redness! amazing
