What can I use to personalise these wedding favors:

aimzxx, 12 December, 2012 at 13:44 Posted on Planning 0 12

Hey everyone,

I'm having these favors below, the vintage cracker type thing...However I need to have our name and wedding date on there....What would you suggest I could do with them?

Thanks in advance x

    Hiya

You could always cut out squares of card and stick on the side?

Or, create a tag and add it to one side by undoing one of the ribbons and redoing with the tag attached?

    Nat

I'd tie little tags around the ribbons

    Thanks ladies..

I did think about un-doing the ribbons an adding a nice shabby chic style tag...I also thought about a sticker but wasn't sure if it would take over the pretty design of the cracker....

What pretty crackers. Etsy and Not On The High Street both do lovely vintage style tags. 'Not On The High Street' had some very pretty 'Wedding Wine Glass Name Place Cards' which I'm sure you could have your name and wedding date on rather than the guests name. Depending on the size of your crackers, you could perhaps fix the butterfly one to the end of each cracker. I hope this helps

Ha, Shameless excuse to flash mine,......... these are my name tags, dead easy to make. - Ignore my bad crossing out, everyone else seesm to do it so thought i'd best do to. Its a stamp that looks like a stamp from a post office though, with the venue and date on ha.

Its from an ebay shop called Instamp, £8.99. Ive used it on my name tags and also the invitations too so its been well used. The individual letter stamps are also from ebay. I loved making these ?

Just wanted to add that if you did want to go for stickers I've seen a few that are clear so you could have the details in gold for example but it'd let the pattern show through.
