what colours would you put in this room

I'm not the best on colours....but there's a predominance of burgandy in the room that turquoise might clash with. How about complimenting the burgandy by going for a gold colour scheme?

Hi, sorry i think ive rambled on a bit much. there was an earlier post about colours, someone had flashed their venue up which was mainly blue and gold and wanted to know what colour we thought she should go with, it was a lot of blue, and now im thinking there's too much burgundy in this room to go with as a main colour.

think gold will be a nice colour though xx

I agree I wouldnt add more burgundy- maybe ivory?

Hi, are you covering the chairs? if you are you could have burgundy sashes maybe. then you can still have the burgundy without it being too much (as the chairs are burgundy too) , but i agree the gold would be good, and ivory.

Yeah im gonna cover the chairs, think i'll stick with the burgungy sashes, but maybe go with the gold, only prob is, my dress is reaaally white with slivery shimmery beading?, i think im stared to overthink everything now lol xx

Hello! Maybe it's just me but I never imagined anyone matching colours schemes with room decor... ?

If you want burgundy then go for it. Guests are gonna turn up in a variety of colours without thinking if the clash with the chairs. Once everyone's sat down then you won't see the chairs anyway.

Personally I would use White Chair Covers with Gold sashes, as too much Burgundy could be overpowering and make the room appear smaller.
