What cream cheese to use in Cheesecake?

Emmark, 11 June, 2009 at 12:22 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 2

I have a receipe for a honeycomb cheesecake and it says I should use 500g of cream cheese & 250g of Mascapone cheese.

What type of cream cheese's do you normally use for cheesecakes?

Thanks All

I usually just use philidelphia cheese or the supermarket equivalent. Obviously just plain cheese and not stuff with chives in

None. Cheese in cake is wrong. People should have cake or have cheese, but they should stop being so indecisive.
