Thats it, i dont think that i would even book them now, i told them thank you very much but our budget cannot stretch to the ammount that they charge.

While of course disappointed that your budget doesn't stretch to the award-winning quality wedding photography we supply to our discerning couples, we fully appreciate that not all couples are able to (or prepared to,) make the necessary investment in their photography, to be able to afford the high quality service that we offer.
We'd nevertheless like to wish you all the very best as you continue planning for your big day, and hope that you are pleased with the quality and level of service provided by the photographer you decide to hire.

thank you very much for your email which I have to tell you I found unnecessarily rude and patronising. Please be assured that I would not sully your reputation by using you for my low budget and by association low rent wedding. Obviously it would simply not be good enough for your "high quality" services.
I'm so sorry to have wasted your valuable time. You'll be pleased to know that I will be making sure all my other friends who are getting married in the future don't bother you with enquiries, as I'm sure they wouldn't meet your standards either.

Our sincere apologies if you interpreted our reply to be anything other than genuine, and it was certainly not our wish to be rude or patronising. If we have caused you any offence we are sincerely sorry. Our only intention was to inform you that we are aware that the cost of our service is not cheap, but that we hold the value of what we do to be of the highest quality and standards, as do those couples who select us each year. Also of course we are aware of the fact that photography is not the most important aspect of the day for some couples, and therefore their budget for this part of the day is often reduced accordingly, meaning that it doesn't reach the cost of our lowest priced packages.
To apologise for any bad feeling caused by our reply, we'd like to offer you any of our all-day 'Premium' packages at the cost of the equivalent 'Classic' package if the style of photography is what you're looking for? This would save you up to £200 on the cost of any of our Premium packages and would also mean extended photography of the story of your day, together with an included full DVD slide-show of all your photos. Alternatively if you'd like us to provide you with a list of the contact details of other photographers in the area who may still be free on your date, please let us know what your photography budget is and we'd be happy to pass on the contact details of photographers with packages in your budget range.
