A labrador which I passed while out for a run in the park this evening, he was literally bouncing with excitement at the prospect of chasing his ball, his enthiusiasm was very infectious ?

My children - they do everyday.

But, my two year old son particularly made me laugh this afternoon. I had taken down all his birthday cards and one of them had stick on googly eyes, the sort that has a black disc inside that you can shake about. I picked them off the card to put them in his arty crafty box. When I turned around, he had stuck one eye on each of his own eyelids! He looked hilarious!

When H and I spontaneously made 'time' for each other when we got home from work...I'm still smiling!

Picking my car up from the garage after its service today, it drove superbly and the noise from the exhaust as i went up the hill definitely reminded me why i bought it and put a big grin on my face. ?

Nursery graduation. I smiled the whole way through, the children were brilliant. They sang nicely and were so funny. I'm proud of all of them even though only one is mine!

Since I met SB he has kept calling me 'boyo' - which I point out he isn't allowed to do since a) He's not Welsh (he has to earn the privillege by enduring years of sheep jokes, etc first!) and b) I've just checked and I'm not a boy!

We've always messed about over it - with me telling him that I'm keeping count and him then saying it about twenty times in a row!

Today he did it again and I suddenly realised what I am going to do. I'm bringing Cymru to him, sending him on a tour of the Welsh hotspots in London and ending with a night in prison (well the evening in the old prison cells at the Kempinski hotel, it's part of the bar there! And he's only getting out if he can answer questions about what he's learned about my great nation during the course of the day! ?) It's going to be Treasure Hunt meets Crystal Maze meets... well jail!

I've told him he's going to prison for his offences but he has NO idea of what's in store and it's really making me giggle. ?

My friend, who has reminded me that I have great friends no matter what some of the others put me through.
