Just putting together our information sheets, upto now, we're included

Venue Accomodation details, prices and telephone no

Venue details of the local travelodge inc telephone no and prices

5 taxi firms numbers include approx cost of a 4 seater taxi and a 8 seater mini bus to the city centre from our venue

Map of how to get to our venue with bried directions.

What else should be included?

We are not having a gift list and those people that have asked (mostly family) we've asked for $ as we are honeymooning in New York. We are not overly bothered about gifts/money so don't want to put anything in an information sheet IYKWIM

The only other thing I can think of is asking people to let you know if they've got any special dietary requirements (if the venue/caterers need to know in advance).

Apart from that it sounds like you've got it covered - I put contact details on ours too so people could call/email if they thought of something we hadn't ?

Hello

On ours, we put, directions to church, directions to venue from church as well as the church and hotel contact address and details, confetti rules, reiterated the RSVP date and the need to put dietary requirements on RSVP if they had any, Accommodation details, Local taxi numbers and our contact details.

We have included RSVP's which ask for dietry requirements and who the requirement refers to (i.e. couple) and also asked the guests to list their top 5 songs to dance to so we can make a playlist that our guests will enjoy.
