What is a reasonable time to ask a neighbour to stop hammering on our shared wall?

We both have 2 year olds although theirs stay up later than mine, but more importantly it is doing my head in!! He didn't start banging about until about 6.45-7pm.

What time would you say is reasonable given that it is a shared wall?

I'd personally not do any work after 8pm but I'd work up to 9pm is reasonable.

Gah thought that was the reasonable answer, but hoped the kid thing would swing it earlier?
