What is this song?

Currently in the charts (well, on the radio - no idea if they bother with the charts anymore!), has the line 'this is real, this is good' . I can't remember any more, but it's bugging me as it was the first line I heard when I started the car on Friday night and the radio came on when I set off to pick up our cat, found after nearly 2 months disappearance. I doubt the rest of the words will be remotely relevant, but that line made me go 'woah' at that moment!
