What is wrong with people?

jaz hear those sleigh..., 21 December, 2008 at 20:23 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 2

After braving flipping Tesco earlier, I asked myself this question due to several examples of utter muppetry but this take the fwox's biscuit. H is in some online thingy and as part of the team of randoms they all have each other's email addresses/usernames accounts or something. He knows none of these people in real life and none of them know him either but one of them is sending him I'd say on average I'd say 3 or 4 very dodgy jokes a week and today's is one of the most racist things I've ever heard.

Now I've laughed at some pretty weird stuff in my time ? but this really isn't on is it? Especially when you don't know your audience?

WHY would someone be so stupid as to do this? H doesn't want to leave the team and isn't sure if he can block the person but he wouldn't be unreasonable in having a word witht he others about it would he?

Why talk to others? Tell him to stop.

Well said chicken I hadn't thought of that ? I don't think he has any other dealings with him (as yet) but has with the rest of them so I hadn't thought of that approach and I'm assuming he hadn't either.

I just cannot believe someone would send stuff like that a) to anyone really but b) to complete strangers. Hmmph.

Your H could reply and say he's obviously badly misjudged his sense of humour so would he stop sending jokes.
