What is your favourite...

Storky, 16 February, 2011 at 10:24 Posted on Planning 0 45

Cheese? Please list your three favourites cheeses below.

This research is conducted specifically in relation to our wedding 'cake'.

Personally, my favourite is epoisses but that's too runny and smelly for a cheese cake.

Ta ever so!

    Applewood

    Brie

I don't know the name, but I once bought some cheese which I think was essentially cheddar with jalapeno peppers in. It was delicious.

That hard chees with cranberries or you get it with apricots - can mind the name, think it begins with W!

    White Stilton with Apricots

    Goats Cheese

    Boursin

These are all my favourites but possibly not great for a cheese wedding cake as they are quite smelly, soft cheeses..

My ultimate favourite is Wensleydale with Cranberries, but I also love TexMex or any other cheese which involves chillis.

I love Stilton at the moment - not really overly keen on anything else.

This is not at all what I was expecting! You big bunch of soft cheese loving girlies, you!

Where's the call for yarg (every time I say that I reinforce my desire to be a pirate), a cheddar so strong it turns your face inside out, a stichelton or some stinking bishop?

Any cheese at all! Yet to find one I won't eat.

However, if you could get a big ball of mozzerella then I'd be in heaven! ?

Im pretty much in your camp. I dont think there is a cheese i dont like. I do like a strong chedder, but there are so many more i would choose before it. How about a gouda or a smoked cheese.
