What jewellery with my dress?

Mrs G to be, 20 February, 2011 at 10:16 Posted on Planning 0 4

Hellooo,

I've been thinking about my jewellery, and hair accessories so I thought lets have a look at a pic of my dress again see what would go..now I found a close up of the detail of the dress on the internet and its dawned on me that its got quite a bit of detail! (How come I can never remember exactly what it looks like without bringing up pics!!)

Anyway, what sort of jewellery would you wear with it, and also im thinking of having a dimante hair comb, but now I'm thinking is it all going to look a bit much? What do you think please peeps?

Ah can't view it without being a member. Could you do a screen shot and save it to your PC then you might be able to post it on here?

Beautiful detailing. I would personally recommend a simple pearl necklace, bracelet and earrings, something like these:-

    Hi,

I love your dress. Are you having the dress in the white colour?

I'd opt for pearls with a touch of sparkle just like the neckline detailing.

'Miya' is designed with freshwater pearls and crystal rhinestones http://lynseysdesigns.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/fgallery/fim_photos.php?album=necklaces-bridal&image=Miya.jpg

or 'Lacey' which is an illusion necklace if you wanted something more delicate

This one is on my facebook page

Or if you wanted a pendant I'd keep it really simple with a small drop 'Pure & Simple' is a Sterling Silver set with Freshwater Pearls http://lynseysdesigns.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/fgallery/fim_photos.php?album=necklaces-bridal&image=P_S_FWP2.jpg

I really don't think a diamonte hair comb would be to much but here are a few options including pearl designs. My side bands can usually be designed on a comb if don't be put off if you like a side design but not so keen on the band.

I think this would be fab with the knot aspect at your hip http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=27202&id=138437779505448#!/photo.php?fbid=198347746847784&set=a.138438302838729.27202.138437779505448&theater

This band was silk wrapped to match the hair colour so the band disappeared into the hairstyle and looked like a comb.

Loads more ideas on my website www.lynseysdesigns.co.uk and facebook page has loads of new designs not on the website yet www.facebook.com/lynseysdesigns1. I've got a FB album with elements available for designs as well http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=39924&id=138437779505448.

If you need any help just drop me an email. I also had a very detailed dress and still wore a necklace and tiara so I can show you how my accessories looked against sparkles. I also had hip detail with strands of crystals hanging down. x
