What to do with white fish fillets

I've got 3 fillets here can anyone tell me their favourite receipes

    That chorizo crust looks lovely. Before reading that recipe I would have just dipped them in flour, then egg then breadcrumbs and shallow fried. I did that with Lidl frozen pollock at the height of my poverty / foreign student time. Was very nice indeed.

    I'd bake them with a rarebit topping. Mix one egg, a dash of worcestershire sauce and a half teaspoon of wholegrain mustard with enough grated cheese to make a thick paste. Spread this on the fish fillets and bake in a hot oven for 20 mins.
