What's for dinner?

Sunset21, 16 July, 2009 at 15:38 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 32

Considering i've eaten more than usual so far today i'm feeling really hungry and I won't have time for dinner later because I have netball, looks like i'll be grabbing a slice of MissSun's pizza [bad mummy icon]

What are you lot having, make me feel worse and more hungry than I do already ?

I had 2 weetabix with blueberries and blackberries for breakfast, a wasabi chicken curry for lunch and I've just finished half a twirl. Dinner will have to be an omelette I guess.

We're having spag bol this evening, feel like I haven't had it for ages and am looking forward to it.

Mr Hole and the children had oven chips with their dinner last night because I was going out, so don't feel too bad on the bad mummy front, 'cos I'm right there with you ?

Why because you've already eaten your quota for the day?

I had 1/4 ham & pickle sarnie and fondant fancy for breakfast (don't ask!)

ham and pickle sarnie and Walkers french fries at 11am

Crunchie at 12.30pm and just had a cous cous cup a soup thingy.

It doesn't sound THAT bad written down but I feel like i've eaten far more than normal. If I'd have just eaten a proper breakfast i'd have been ok.

I don't really know what my quota should be but I know the curry was massive and I could and should have stopped eating half way through.

Curry, going to have something along the lines of a pasandra I think. Which I'm going to cook in the garden, it's my new fad.

Oven chips? Is that bad? We have them a lot ?

Honestly I need to cook proper food more often, when I get in from work it's just anything quick, we'll sometimes just have something on toast.

She's not eating much of her tea lately but MrSun is still giving her dessert - that's a whole other rant though.

I have no idea. i had the soaked muesli stuff, fruit and yoghurt for breakfast. soy latte mid-morning. salad, hummous and falafal for lunch. which would be an ok day of food had i not scoffed half a butterscotch and dark choc brownie with my peppermint tea just now. so dinner had better be something light on fat calories. veg and steamed fish, maybe? or pasta. hmm.

We're going out - not sure where, will try Terr-waaah but it's unlikely they will have a table os we might end up at lovely Sophie's again. We went out last night too AND I had lunch out today <bloatericon> but at least I only had a salad.

Today I've eaten, a chocolate croissant, handful of nuts & raisins, half a salami & cheese baguette, bag of salt & vinegar and a muller yoghurt. I'm hungry again and fancy an ice cream but will probably eat some more nuts & raisins or dried apricots.

For dinner we have shepherds pie ?

I have managed to put on 5lbs in a week whilst in Greece - even though I swam between 30 - 50 lengths a day. Oops.

Dinner is chicken fillet with spinach, mozarella and tomatoes, a rocket salad and new potatoes. I accidentally bought a lemon flan as well. And wine. Diet starts tomorrow then.

my mum did a shepherds pie on Monday and I took a piece to work with me Tuesday, I started eating it cold, it was really nice, then thought I should heat it. Wish I hadn't because then I spent the whole time eating it wondering if I had some sort of radiation poisoning because the work microwave hasn't been used in months, if not years ? I'm still alive funnily enough.

I had a bagel from breakfast, apple mid morning, peanut butter on toast for lunch. Just had a shape Greek yoghurt, I'll have a banana before body pump. Dinner will be salmon baked with a big dollop of pesto on top, new pots, roasted cherry toms, and errr corgettes & runner beans (parents with allotments!). I win queen of the bloaters award.

I'm making Gordon Ramsay's pasta with pancetta and leek from his Fast Food book tonight (thanks to Jesus for giving me the recipe).

I have already eaten half a punnet of cherries, 6 ginger biscuits, 4 Party Rings, and a spinach, tomato and cucumber salad. I am a bloater ?

Today I've had 4 french bread tostie biscuity things with butter, 3 marshmallows, a handful of dry roasted nuts and an irish cadbury's golden crisp so will try to skip dinner tonight though I really fancy pizza or indian. I've put on 4lbs on 3 days away and at this rate may be carrying on that trend ?
