What's for dinner tonight?

Oompa-Loompa, 25 November, 2008 at 16:01 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 24

I need inspiring! I feel the need for something warm and comforting but as I still need to get up the shops it needs to be something relatively quick aswell.

What are you having on this cold November evening?

I'm attempting some sort of sticky chicken from a mishmash or recipes. Will be served with rice, brocoli & probably sweet corn (it's just me and master I tonight so needs to be quick and child friendly).

I'm doing a homemade Indian rather than dialling one in - so Sag Prawns with a Mushroom and Onion Fried Rice.

<dusts off Indian cookbook and goes off to rummage in back of cupboard for spices>

We're having a dippy tea! (which in the CW household means potato wedges, breaded mushrooms, battered prawns, chiken dippers, garlic bread and some salad type stuff with a variety of dips in the middle! - all very unhealthy apart from the salad but who cares?!!)
