As the subject says really! I get married next June, and it's on a Thursday...so...when should I send out save the dates and should I do evening ones? What has everyone else done? Thanks guys! ?

I just sent out my fridge magnet save the dates and I sent them to both the day and the evening guests. How I see it is whichever part of the day they are invited too they need to know the date. I will then send out the relevant day or evening invitation nearer the time.

I am next June too and am sending save the dates for daytime guests only in the next couple of weeks. I don't want to send them to evening guests as they may assume they are coming all day. Our official invites will go out around February time.

I sent mine out about 8 months before the wedding, thought it was best as mine was also a Thursday and during holiday season. I only sent them to daytime guests.

I sent mine a year before and then I sent the actual invites 6 months before- nothing like being prepared!
