Where can I buy these things?

diamondsragirlsbestfriend!, 10 May, 2009 at 18:37 Posted on Planning 0 13

Hi - bit out of touch with UK shops now so where would I be able to buy some of these things other than bay of e?

- table number holders (those stick type ones where you can slot a card in the top)

- reasonable priced stationary like card etc for making stuff to decorate post box etc etc

- bows for pew ends (not too keen on ones I have seen on bay of e)

- ready made place name cards (though may make these, not sure yet)

- guest book

Thanks for any suggestions

    - table number holders - Hate to say it, but confetti stores sell them!

    - reasonable priced stationary like card etc for making stuff to decorate post box etc - The Works, The Range, John Lewis craft department.

    - bows for pew ends - You tube have some tutorials and you could get the ribbons from a habby department. Or I'm sure your florist would do them.

    - ready made place name cards - Confetti store again, or Tesco sell some cheap, plain ones.

    - guest book - Tesco again, confetti, John Lewis,

Haaa! I actually didn't know that! I've only ever been on the forum!

lol - Mum gets the Confetti catalogue, still, even though her wedding was a couple of years ago.

Another option for ribbon and card is Hobbycraft if you are near one - it isn't as cheap as online stores but is kind of a one stop shop for that sort of thing.
