I doubt you'd find it anywhere. If you really want it you could get it made. But what happens if it rains or is cold? Even mid august it rains and you need a jacket!

Wow I love that dress. I would go for it. If you love and want to wear it I say why not. If your personality is one to say you want to wear the dress then you will probably find others boring for you.
