Where can I find a hair accessory like this?

Etsy could be worth a try, although I always find it hard to find stuff on there.

Have a look on Pinterest too, as the pins often have links.

Where did you find this picture as it should have a link to the source if it's google or Pinterest. Try searching keywords like embellished bridal hair clip etc. Hope this helps x

I tried a reverse image search on google, but couldn't dig up the original.

It looks like an art deco style hair comb, did you definitely want one that big?

Sweetheart vintage have a pretty big selection, but they're smaller than the ones in the pic. The one below looked quite similar.

Liberty in love have some nice ones too, but they're a bit more expensive.
