Where is everyone going on honeymoon?

I just wondered where everyone is planning to go - mainly to get ideas for myself! My o/h and I are at an impasse after discussing loads of places, we realised that he wants an all inclusive resort, which I think I'd find quite boring, whereas I want some adventure, animals and stunning scenery, all...

I just wondered where everyone is planning to go - mainly to get ideas for myself! My o/h and I are at an impasse after discussing loads of places, we realised that he wants an all inclusive resort, which I think I'd find quite boring, whereas I want some adventure, animals and stunning scenery, all of which sends him running for the medicine cabinet (hypochondriac extrodinaire...). It's a shame as we've agreed about everything for the wedding so far, and now we're stuck! As we're spending more than we ever have for a holiday, it seems there's a lot of pressure for it to be perfect. Anybody else in a similar situation with agreeing on honeymoon destinations?

i wouldnt recommend a week in San Fran, there isnt enough to do. We did 3 days for ours and that was plenty of time. You could hire a car if stay a week and go further afield, but parking is a nightmare, and hotels car parks are really expensive. We then did 7 nights in Waikiki and 5 nights in LA.

We went to Borneo for 11 nights (travelled around a bit during this time so not 11 nights all in the same place) and then Dubai for 3 nights to break the journey up a bit on the way home.

I'd do it all again in a second if I could and have massive honeymoon blues now!

Haven't really had any remarks like that so far... Although I did expect to! Most people have just said that they're jealous! You'll have a fab time, doesn't matter what anyone else says!

We've looked at that hotel, all the New York Hiltons are pretty good - last time we stayed at the Embassy Suites, another Hilton, and had a brilliant time. And Chelsea is a great area to stay in. We're staying at Morgans in the Murray Hill area.

I think New York can be very honeymoony! Loads of amazing restaurants, lots to do, and you can make it as romantic as you want! Nobody has given us funny looks, but I think anyone who knows us would expect us to go somewhere like that anyway!
