Where to buy rose bushes online (or similar gifts for remembrance)

It's nearly a year since my FIL passed away and we were thinking of sending my MIL a rose bush to plant - where is the best place online? Looking for something with a "remembrance" type name or similar. We are in Singapore and she's in Scotland so has to be online. Alternatively, if you have any other ideas for gifts or marking this occasion, please let me know...

    I've used www.countrygardenroses.co.uk few times and they're excellent. They have a massive range and several options (eg gift roses patio, bare root etc)

    Just ordered from Country Gardens as it was easy to find their remembrance range on their site.
