I was completelly overwhelmed by the amount of stationary websites that were out there!!

I knew i didnt want to make my own and that i wanted all the guest info wither on the back or on a 3 fold invite.

shortilsted a few websites based on prices and i think i had a coulpd that would do 45 invites for £120 which compared to some websites was a baragin!

i wasnt 100% sure though as they were really plain and i kept hearing people saying that the invites set the tone for the wedding! (eek, no pressure then!)

then on Hitched I kept reading loads of people talking about Vista Print. they have a whole wedding section and such a range of styles and designs. Ive fallen in love with one design that i keep playing with and changing my txt, it is going to work out for 45 invites plus envelopes for £30!!!!!!

i couldnt quite believe it but i started a thread on here to find out about the quality etc and every one has raved about Vista print!

    Id recommend having a look!

I've gone with Denise Hagon, she uses calligraphy and watercolours to create invitations, in my case shes done me a custom design using a daffodil (my flowers) great thing is she sends you a free sample so you know what your getting prices vary depending on size but mine were 2.50 each. I'll try and flash one of my samples later.

Hi, I make invitations and co-ordinating stationery. I also offer a bespoke service free of charge so that if you have a design in mind that can be made for you. If you do have a budget we can work together to try and get the design you want at the right price. I do this by changing materials used for instance instead of using a flower that has been made by me a flower is used that has been bought in from a supplier that kind of thing.

I have some set designs on my site www.poesh.co.uk although any of them can be adapted or again use the free bespoke service.

In answer to another hitchers question, i do tri fold invitations i have one on the site as an example called Regency, this one in question is using a brown sparkle card with a cream liner.

Ialso have DIY items available such as flowers and one off pieces made from friendly plastic. The images are still waiting to go live but if you have any queries about this please get in touch.

I hope you find what you are looking for and if i can be of any assistance please do not hesitate to get in touch.

    kind regards

    lesley

We decided to go with Cupid Cards, as they were recommended to us and are very affordable for handmade cards (only £1.54 each). We wanted to go with a company that had a good reputation, as our friends were really disapointed with the company that they used.

Our invitations arrived last week and they look fantastic, we're so pleased with them that we've decided to order extra matching items. We also managed to get 10% off our order, their website is: www.cupidcards.co.uk
