We are getting wed in October on a fairly tight budget hence why I opted to take the plunge and order my wedding dress from China. It has since arrived and I'm totally heartbroken that its nothing like the picture and looks like its been dropped in ash in places. (If you're thinking of ordering don't do it!) My wedding dress budget was a couple of hundred pound and having lost just over £100 I now have even less to spend. I've rang around several local bridal shops and they've all said I will struggle to find something that's brand new on my budget unless its a sale sample wedding dress. Thing is I'm tiny and most of these cheap wedding dresses are in sizes 12-14 so i will need to spend more on alterations.
I really want a proper looking wedding dress but the high street wedding gowns from Monsoon and Debenhams all look beautiful but not princessy enough. Does anyone have any recommendations where to go for cheap wedding dresses. I am in Warwickshire but happy to travel.
