Which clutchbag do you prefer - help needed...

If you're having the dress in white or ivory, id vote for the first or fourth. If youre having it in light gold, id go for the second. I think the third looks too yellowy (we are dress twins by the way)

Number two is my favourite - looks gorgeous. But I agree with DreamCatchMe that it all depends on the colour of your dress. If it is white I would choose number one.

I think I'm leaning more towards 1 or 4 as the pearls might be a bit much, I like 4 the most but not sure if it's a bit too vintage style for the dress???

I've got 1st fitting next week and getting excited but quite anxious as haven't seen it in the flesh since March!

It's such a lovely dress and I felt amazing in it so just hoping I getthat same feeling again next week. I've had it in Ivory - what colour did you go for?

I like number 4 as your dress is very detailed I believe this one goes much better than the pearlised ones and the jewels in the middle add that touch of glam

if i were forced into it, if the colours worked I would say 4. I thing you risk pearls pulling on the lace if near your dress and also it could be too much on top of such beautiful lace?

They're all beautiful - as is your dress! but I think the pearl designs may be a bit heavy for such detail on your dress. I'd def go with either 1 or 4 x

You sound just like my MOH who when I went dress shopiing couldn't decide between about 4 of them lol.

I think you could have a point about the pearls catching on the dress, so many things to take in to consideration.

All of the bags are described as ivory, although I appreciate that shades of Ivory can differ.

I think Number 1 is too regimented with harsh stripes, where as your dress is lacey, delicate and flowing.

Numbers 2 & 3 - I don't see that you have pearls on your dress.....so I wouldn't have that. However if you do have pearls then either of these would be fab.

For me it's very clearly number 4 :-) this has a 20s feel to it, both with the material drap and the statement brooch. This too is elegant, but it is the opposite to your dress which I think that's why it works for me. Because you aren't trying to echo your dress.....but it does still give the same nod to the 20's.

First one, because your dress is beautiful and intricate and detailed and you will never 'match' it so best going for elegant simplicity and that's what I think number one is

Thank you for all the replies girls and I do think you are right - either number 1 or 4, so got it down from 4 to 2 now which is massive progress considering how much I've been going back and forth on these.

Erin 8 - the dress is Maggie Sottero Emma - it has detachable cap sleeves so you can wear it strapless if you prefer. I actually prefer it with the cap sleeves on myself but it gives you the option to take them off for a slightly different evening look ?

This is my wedding bag ..... So so pretty, I know I probably won't use it but it was just an excuse to buy it really.

I've already tried the sample on three times since I ordered it in April - I'm obsessed! I also have it in ivory - not sure if the one you tried on was in ivory but its practically white. I'm having the ivory too - i also love the cap sleeves - the whole reason I picked it! The dress does have little pearls over it so I think the pearl ones would work, I'd just be worried they'd be a bit of a wrong colour for the dress.
