which one???

Mrs M*, 1 April, 2011 at 17:04 Posted on Planning 0 19

Ive already bought a tiara the one on the left but now i've found a side tiara. i have a butterfly theme and think the butterfly on the side tiara stands out more. what do you think? which one do you prefer?

TIA ?

This is my dress (not me in it). i'm really confused about my hair as i'd like it down but keep getting told by everyone to wear it half up half down i also want it curled slightly. i've also bought a veil but dont think i want one now. i'm one very confused bride to be at the moment ?

Gorgeous dress, I like the side tiara personally but they're both lovely

I think I'd go with the traditional style tiara, TBH.

To me, the side tiaras seem to be either very modern or a bit more vintagey and work better with the slimmer lined dresses. As your dress is more traditional, I'd go with the more traditional tiara too.

Also, I couldn't really see the butterfly in the side tiara easily and certainly wouldn't have recognised it as such if you hadn't have said, so the whole reason for your change of heart may be missed by most other people too IYSWIM

The first one for me too. I think either would go with your dress, but as it is simple and classic, I would go with the traditional one.

PS My friend wore that dress when she got married last August! It is really beautiful!!! xxx

The dress is beautiful and I agree with the other post too much on one side might look a bit odd x

Hi just wanted to say that this picture is from my website and not sure if you know , but if you ordered it you could try it with the dress and send it back if you didn't think it went, within 7 days, for a full refund. so you would only lose the cost of the return postage

Hi ladies so sorry for the really late response my internet decided to stop working but is now back to normal.

Thanks for the replies i think i can see what some of you mean about it all being on one side. it's a shame because i do prefer that one to the one i already have.

@ 3d jewellery, i didn't realise that you had this on your website i found this on another site. Thank you though that is worth knowing might try that just to see exactly what it looks like.

Did she, it is quite a popular dress in my local bridal shop. didn't realise when i ordered it last year though. Now it is in the window every few weeks which is quite nice as i live right next to the shop, so i can see it everyday while its in there ?

See i would say the sie tiara because of the detail on your dress. But I would wear it to the opposite side of the details on your dress to balance out iykwim. Hope that helps!

I think you should go with our gut instinct as its usually the best thing to go when it comes to your wedding. I like the side one but you know better how you will look on the day and what will look right.

Ok the photos on the website arent coming up but I did a google images search for "crystal butterfly side tiara" and it came up with that pic on your website, and that pic on that website too.
