Emma158, 8 August, 2013 at 14:30 Posted on Planning 0 17

Hi Ladies,

I had a look in the shop where I bought my dress and couldn't fins a side tiara that was quite right. (Plus they were about double the price of these...)

Anyway, I've found two that I like and would appreciate some opinions on which one is nicest/will work best with my dress.

I think the second one 'goes' better but prefer the first one and think it would be more 'wow'

    Hi again,

I have purchased a different side tiara.... (it was a bargain and I couldn't resist) However, now I'm wondering if it will go with a 40's style wavy down-do......

I love the one that you have bought, are you wearing your hair down?

That's the thing...I want to wear my hair down but was wondering if this tiara would look better with hair up...?

Depending on how thick your hair is, it might get lost a bit iygwim. What about slightly up off the face and bouffed on the top and then looser at the back, that way your tiara will still sow and will be striking against your hair - does that make any sense?
