Either the Bentley or the Phantom.

I would say the Cadillac but that pink is putting me off! Plus I think the others are more classic.

The Bentley or Phantom vote from me too. Somebody pointed out to me that while the open tops and convertibles look good, you're beautiful hair do gets blown around a lot before you even get to the ceremony and photos

I would say go for the 1927 rolls. The beauty of that one is that it is a landaulet car which is the best of both worlds when it comes to open top or a roof, if you look you will see that only the back quarter open's up, giving the protection of a roof but the feel of an open top and they are very quick to put up or down, and with any open top there is no need to worry about the wind blowing your hair because that you travel with the roof on and stop around the corner or the start of your stately home venue drive, and the driver then puts the roof down and you roll into the venue with it down, Same at the church.

Do you think the cadillac would be better in another colour?

Also remember that the vintage 1927 rolls is perfect for a wedding dress as it was made for the ladies of the day in their dresses to drive around town to see and be seen so it has loads of room in the back and you sit at a more lady like upright posture, rather than falling deep into a modern bently and your chest swhacks you in your face as you sink.
