My GP referred me to a specialist a fortnight ago - had no letter advising when the appt is and when I called up this morning I had to wait in a queue of six people just to leave a message!

    Finally managed to speak to the people I needed to today only to be told that they hadn't had the letter. Called my GP, and they said they'd both mailed it and faxed it, so they've just faxed it again, and I'll call them tomorrow to check they've received it. Meanwhile me and my headaches carry on Smiley sad
