White bridal shoes....

BHS are great for bridal stuff but like you, i discovered that most of the stores have stopped stocking it!!

White ones are actually pretty hard to find, as i discovered when i was hunting!! but i manged to get some on the net, cant remember the site now, anyway to cut a long story short, they are pretty plain white shoes and i am going to have to sell them as my colours have changed, so if by any chance your a size 5??!! LOL

I am actually a 5 if they are pretty high i might be interested. I thought it would be really easy to find white shoes but so far all the nice ones i have seen seem to have been ivory or light gold grrrrr

Nooooo, mine are actually quite low, about 2 inches!! It was so hard to find whites ones, as quite often they look white, until you put them against something bright white!!

Yes i am finding it really hard, i like high heels so really want some high ones, but finding them in white seems to be impossible. Like i said i really do not want to spend a lot on shoes that you will never really see. My dress is really white so if i got a close match even that would show up and make the shoes look dirty. I am guessing most brides are going for ivory with the shoes on offer.

What a few brides on here have done is have 'bling' shoes. i.e they've had bright colours or colours that fit their wedding like pink red etc, and some of the more patient ones have covered their shoes in swarovski crystals and they look great!! guess it depends what kind of thing you want really, as, like you said you wont realyl see them much, so might be nice to flash a bit of bling when you do!!!
