I was't going to but then saw lynseys wine glass charms and have decided to make those!!!

Not sure yet whether to use generic charms or whether to personalise it with each persons initial... the hoops arrived in the post today ... off to look for beads!

I'm having them, but like a few others they are doubling up as name cards so it's kinda a half saving...lol

Really lovely idea! I recently organised a hen party for my best mate, and I bought everyone a wine glass charm (from ebay) and put them round pink wine glass bubbles in their party bags:

I hadn't thought about it for my own wedding. May have to pinch that idea!!!!! xx

I thought about cookies, but as we are having an informal wedding and afternoon tea at our venue rather than a meal I felt it was an unnecessary expense. I am making ice breakers though that people can keep if they want to.

We think its important we share our appreciation of peoples efforts of attendance, effort, gifts ect (being a wedding guest is expensive)

men- small whisky with label 'bought by the groom

ladies - handmade wine glass charms 'handmade by the bride'

kids - big party bag full of loads to entertain them with lable 'decorate me'
