Who mentioned WLR?

Dot., 2 February, 2009 at 21:10 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 4

Who ever it was, thank you so much. I joined today and it has been a real eye opener to see what I'm eating and what I need to eat to lose weight. It has given me new focus on what I need to learn in order to keep me in a healthy weight bracket. And it is so easy to use.

Awesome. Watch me slim before your very eyes...

I can't remember if I mentioned it too you, but I do mention it on a regular basis - it's fab.

    Good luck with it.

I love WLR too - had forgotten how good it is.

Today for instance, I knew what I'd be eating for the rest of the day so filled it in before lunchtime and realised I wouldn't have enough 'credit' for a couple of hefty glasses of Shiraz tonight! So I had to change my lunch and snacks plan and did an hour's aerobics, and Bob's your uncle, enough calories to spend on booze. It makes it all so tangible.

It's great isn't it? I use www.foodfocus.co.uk which is free. I've been losing 1lb a week using that and doing regular exercise, it's really helped me.
