I'm hoping to have a hen weekend in England somewhere, probably on the south coast. This might all seem a bit silly but I'm wondering whether to just invite loads of people on the basis that many people won't be able to make it/can't afford it etc. I guess what I'm asking is: are you pleased to be invited on someone's hen weekend, or do you feel roped into going and would feel rude to turn down the offer? I have a few 'definites' in terms of who I'd really like to be there, but lots of other people who I'd like to spend time with, but wouldn't mind if they couldn't/didn't want to.
