Can I ask a question about your "OTDs". I see you have the times of the whole day on one side (i.e. ceremony, dinner, evening guests) - what did you put on the other side? Was thinking I'd like something like that but having a civil ceremony so wasn't sure it would work. I wanted a place I could name all the people involved in the day (bridesmaids, ushers, readers, etc).

OTD - can mean "on the day" or "order of the day" I just use it to save me typing out On The Day Stationery several times a day in emails! I'm guilty of using StD too I'm afraid but now put a small 't' in the middle so it doesn't look quite so bad ?

On the other side we had the ceremony which included the music at certain times (entrance, recession, signing of register), plus who was reading what too, we didn't want to list how the civil ceremony went as it would turn into too much of a list, so just put "marriage and declaration of vows" or something along those lines (can't remember without looking!)... I have seen people name the bridal party in their order of days too but for political reasons we decided against that!
