Who will be swapping wp for bt then?!?

Well I will turn 27 5 days before my wedding and my OH will be 30 in january so I think that we would definately like to have a wee one before i'm 30.

We have been trying since December 2007... gosh that makes it sound so long.

It has been a hard journey that has alot of ups and downs. Going through fertility invetigations are so intrusive for me and just screw your head up really. Some of the tests i have had done have just been awful

(H2b has had a sperm analysis but hes got super sperm!) and he has 2 kids by his ex who i love dearly.

I took it for granted as i am young that it would just happen but unfortunately not. I want nothing more than a baby but didnt want to pregnant on our wedding day so put it off and put it off as the baby came first but then we decided we could be trying for the next 10years so we have to get married some time. Im on medication now to make me ovulate (clomid) ... 3rd cycle, and i feel so sorry for H2b as i will openly admit i am one moody b*tch!! The mood swings are terrible, Its like REALLY bad Pmt! They are not sure if thats the problem but are giving it a go anyway as im in the "unexplained category" the worst place to be in my opinion. But still i have hope it will happen one day!

Good Luck to all you ladies that are going to start trying to concieve. It can take healthy couples up to a year to concieve so dont panic!

I joined BT before we got married. We decided last November that we would start trying as we had waited long enough (been together 9 years and engaged for 6) and felt the timing was right. I fell pregnant during February this year - I feel very fortunate about falling so quick. It was a lovely feeling know that LO was with us when we got married.

Congratulations DumbleSpud, that was good timing 8 weeks before the wedding.

Think we will start trying about a year after the wedding which will make me 26 nearly 27 and h2b 25. I want to make sure i will qualify for full mat leave. Congrats n good luck to everyone trying and congrats dumblespud ??

Honey I really feel for you. I am worried I will be doing the same as you after the wedding. I have always known I would LOVE children, I even stayed with my ex for too long because I was worried I would never have children if I left. Thank goodness we didnt have children

My H2B is going to be the best dad. I cannot wait to have his baby, i just cross everything that it will be possible. But I have a condition that could stop me getting pregnant. We have been trying in secret (we didnt want our family and friends to know for a while- before we got engaged) but it hasnt happened. I would be over the moon even if i was pregnant at the wedding.... but its six weeks away so not that likely

We will def be trying for babies, we have spoken about it plenty and OH already suggested getting off the pill so I'm nice and fertile for the wedding which is months away!?

We have suggested trying for a baby on our honeymoon in New Zealand.

Still not 100% sure we will start straight away as we are the only ones in our group of friends planning weddings and babies. I want mummies who I can have lunch with whilst I'm on maternity leave ?

We were due to get married on June 26 but baby had other plans and is due 2 weeks later. So we moved the wedding forward and have been married 2 months ?

I dont think my 25 week bump was too visible, and my dress still fitted perfectly

OH is desperate to have kids or at least one on the way by the time he is 30 which is only 9mths away so we made the big leap of me coming off the pill this month with 4mths til the wedding. We're just going to see what happens. But I'm not sure if a sober hen do or wedding is for me but what will be will be and having a baby will be amazing. I've been broody since the age of 21 (28 in 1 weeks time) so hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. Plus holding my 6week old niece doesn't help either.

OH keeps looking at prams etc. It's quite scary! He's definitely into becoming a dad and is very excited about the whole thing. He will make a fabulous dad x

Hey all - we will also try after we are married. However if it was up to my OH we would be trying now - however having already bought my wedding dress which I love we will be waiting. Although deep down I cant wait Congrats to Dumblespud!

We were going to start trying this summer, but decided to get married instead! It just feels like the right thing for us as a couple, even if i have got to wait till next october before we can try ?

We already have 2 8 years and nearly 1 year but I would love another 1 or 2 so who knows it took me 2 years to conviene him to have another so probably in another 2 years time lol lol

I will be sooner rather than later, I'm 8 weeks pregnant at the mo, a very happy accident, currently in the process of bringning our wedding forward and drastically down sizing ?

We'd be trying tomorrow if we possibly could. I fell pregnant this winter by accident and sadly it wasn't meant to be - i think about what should have been constantly.

Our plan is for my to complete my first years teaching and then try - meaning next summer. It's all i can think about tbh.

We were going to start trying straight after wedding, h2b is 36, I am 30. We decided though that we would like to have a few months together as 'us' and also would like to squeeze in a snowboarding holiday while I can go! Also I had a series of abnormal smears last year, and now have to go back a year after 'all clear' instead of 3, and that falls in December. So we have decided to wait and start trying at the start of 2011 (or maybe after Christmas!)
