Who would you not add on Facebook?

I have only refused people I don't know, I would just ignore the request and play innocent. (Say you never got it if she asks)?

Oh and the weirdo ex who thinks I am in denial about my love for him. ?

My mum's my friend on facebook ?

I have her on limited profile though and she wouldn't know enough to realise so it's all good for now I think

I have my sisters and an uncle on my friend list but I would never add any of the in-laws. Tbh though the likelihood of mil being able to even use Facebook is so far out of this world it's not really worth worrying about.

PS. I do have my PhD supervisor, which worries me a little but I didn't feel I could turn him down. I did go through my profile removing any referenced to hating my PhD before accepting the request though ?

I have my SIL's, but it was going a step to far when FIL added me as a friend.

I accepted him but only gave him access to my limited profile. He doesn't know the difference anyway.

I've ignored friend requests from Hitchers who I don't talk to regularly on here or know irl

I had a random one yesterday. He said something on the lines of "Im Barry, we used to live in the town and I know your cousins girlfriends mates aunty or something equally random.

Umm no ta.

The girl who bullied me at school. She is still good friends with some of my friends (complicated, compartmentalised lives that we have learnt to deal with) so I see her popping up in the newsfeed all the time.

I would be quite surprised if my MIL did pop up on facebook! ? Nightmare. I am friends with my brother-in-law, though.

I have a separate profile for RL friends, my brother etc, so it's not an issue for me really.

I thought this was asking which Hitchers wouldn't you add.That would be a brilliant thread that would descend into chaos.

My BIL added me as a friend which I found really weird as I don't know him that well. I've put him on limited profile.

The only thing I do on FB is play scrabble ?, there isn't really any personal details on there other than my name.

My Mum wouldn't know what FB is, I'm not sure my MIL would either although she'd be good at scrabble.

I am a bit wary of adding anyone these days with some of the shenanigans that's gone off on here really which is a shame as there are some lovely people on here.

? Apart from a few special* cases the only hitchers I have are ones I have met. One or two un-met ones have slipped through the net though.

I think some were only listing BTers if that's any consolation. I know I forgot several people, I always do.

I won't add any current students, but I do have past students. There are hitchers I would like to add, but as I'm scared of rejection, I won't.

Same thing happened to me! Wonder if it's the same Hitcher?!

AFAIK I've not upset her, but I got some cock-n-bull story about them having to drop FB due to it being too time-consuming, but later found out I was blocked!
