I am absolutely delighted - just had a call from our solicitor to say that the contracts have exchanged on our house purchase / sale and we are all set to complete on September 12th.

Also, I start a new job on Tuesday after six months off, so it's a real chance to have a fresh start.

I think a beer or two with H is in line for tonight...
