I've been doing WW since October and have so far lost 23lbs, which I'm very proud of. However, for the past 6 weeks or so I've been going up and down past the same point and just can't seem to shift the last 6 pounds to get to goal.
I'm trying not to lose momentum and not to loose heart, but it's getting very frustrating. I am tracking (most of the time), walking for at least an hour a day, drinking loads of water and running around after a 2 and a half year old and a 9 month old. I am still breastfeeding my 9 month old and some days she hardly feeds so maybe I am over on points, but other days she feeds loads and I need the points. What do I do?
Any advice would be very gratefully appreciated. I'd LOVE to get the last 6 pounds off in the next 3 weeks in time for my daughter's Christening!
