Why does everything run out at once?!

I cant help with the eye-liner and hairspay but have you tried standing the mascara in a mug of hot water? this may just soften the stuff on the edges enough to give you a little longer with it

Add a tiny, and I mean TINY drop of water to your mascara, gives you a good week or two extra x

I usually give my mascara tube a quick whizz with the hairdryer to 'soften' it.
