Wimbledon men's final

flailing wildly, 6 July, 2008 at 13:33 Posted on Off Topic Posts 0 85

I was so looking forward to this. Wine, sofa, and fit men running around in shorts.

But, Sue Barker's heinous camel toe has just given me a fright ?

Starting in a second I think. I can't see any camel toe, she's sat behind a desk?

Mmn, Nadal and Federer are both quite nice, aren't they?

Camel toe was only obvious at the start of the programme, when she was walking about. Thank the lord for desks.

They are both rather delicious. I'm hoping I have a lovely dream about a men's final sandwich later on ?

Federer looks like the type who would be an utterly charming gentleman and make you feel like a million dollars, but would know his way around the bedroom and have incredible stamina.

Nadal looks like a cross between a shy little boy and a lustful demon who would pick you up in those big strong arms and take you roughly against a wall because he just couldn't wait to get you home.

Mmmm, as you can see, I haven't spent much time thinking about this, have I? ?

FW you've obviously dedicated a lot of thought to this. I think you're spot on though!

Thanks for the reminder guys! If it wasn't for you I would have totally forgotten (like I did yesterday - and still don't know the result as I'd like to try and find some highlights to watch)

    What an exciting match!

Forgetting the match for a minute and focusing on the commentators..... isn't it about time Tim Henman did something about his manky yellow teeth? You'd have thought the lovely Lucy H would have had a word, wouldn't you? (I certainly would if it was my bloke with teeth like a Jeremy Kyle guest)

Can't comment on manky yellow teeth, or heinous camel toe as we have the lovely John McEnroe commentating on NBC here ?

Hating the adverts during breaks though. I love watching them sit, rest and drink Robinsons Barley water. And the occasional shirt change! ?

Shirt changes? You big perv ?

(I wasn't wondering what their underwear looks like, not me, oh no)

This will show my age - my best friend at school used to video all of Mats Wilander's matches because she like to watch him serve, as his shirt always rode up as he did so. She'd sit there for ages with the video on slo-mo ?

Me a perv?! At least I don't go commando! ?

They showed a clip of Becker earlier and he was wearing the shortest of shorts. A millimetre shorter and he would have dropped his balls ?

Really not a pretty sight - at least not on him.

I don't normally go commando - I generally wear very sensible underwear during the day, good old M&S cottons! ? this is a challenge though and I hate to be beaten on dares. I think he has the worst side of the deal though - he's got to wear a suit that will be most unforgiving if the unexpected occurs ?

Boris did wear very very shorty shorts, didn't he? I do think the current players could show a little more leg, though. Perhaps I should write a letter of complaint ?

Oh heck .. just heard the umpire for the first time. Melting at the French accent! ?

What a lovely way to start the day - fantastic tennis, tight buns, and delicate French tones!

    Ok, I'm a perv!

This is the most exciting final in years ?

i'm working at nine, do you think they'll mind if i'm late? ?

if it goes on all night i'm going to have to get mr c to tape it and threaten anyone with death at work who tells me the result

What a great final, and Nadal was so close to winning the match.

I'm going to have no nails left by the time it ends.

Do they still do the thing where there's no tie breaker in the final set and they have to win by two games?

Oh fark me, its never going to rain again is it? ?

(although that would suit me as long as it doesn't resume tomorrow too early as working until 7am...)
