Anyone have these in the bedroom? Do they keep out the light during the light nights?

We've got them but we have also got curtains. It doesn't make the room totally dark because the light seeps throught the gaps.

I've got white ones - room is far too light. Going to put black out roller blinds behind them I think.

WSS. Ours were from Habitat and looked lovely but really didn't block out much light as it comes round the sides, even though the blinds were bigger than the glass but sitting within the window recess.

Not in the bedroom but in the living room and at night it is quite dark as long as you haven't got a street lamp outside but light still gets in. We have curtains as well for the winter as it can get a bit drafty (or at least the cold air builds up behind and comes through the slats.

We've got wooden vertical blinds from hilarys and they don't keep out the light, but they do a good job of it.

We have wooden blinds in the bedroom. At the moment we are drawing the curtains too as it'd be far too light if we didn't.

Had them in my last house, they were ok at keeping light out but they are a bugger to dust!
