Would this be weird?

Ive got a neclace with a cross pendant on it that was my mums and is very pretty; when I was younger I always wanted to wear it.

Now that its mine, I cant bring myself to actually wear it as she passed away with it on.

Would it be weird if I used this as my something old(or would it be my something borrowed?) but attached it somewhereelse,like to my bouquet?

    Why would that be weird? I think it sounds nice and more and more people are doing similar these days.

    I think attaching it to your bouquet would be lovely!!! More and more brides are adding that something special to their bouquet, whether it be necklaces, brooches, handkerchiefs, etc.

    I think it's a beautiful idea. I would like my Grandma close to me on the day and will be making her engagement ring in to a necklace. It's nice having someone you love so close to you on your big day x

    I think it is a beautiful idea, I'm having a photo charm, a brooch called 'a mothers love' and a sixpence from the year of my mums birth on my bouquet to represent my mum
