Would you wear a necklace with this dress?

Blondie28, 29 July, 2012 at 12:10 Posted on Planning 0 15

Can't decide whether to wear a necklace with my dress or not? What do you think please?

I'm going to have my hair up with a tiara and veil - i've seen a pair of earrings i like in Debenhams - they are a drop style with diamante & pearls (to match the detailing on the dress) and they have a necklace to match but not sure whether it might all look a bit busy with the top of my dress.

I don't think it needs a neckalce as it is stunning without it and has a gorgeous neckline.

However you could wear a simple necklace and get away with it ? what is the necklace you have?

I would go for a very simple pendant - maybe a single pearl, or small stone, but no fuss.

    It's a beautiful dress!

I probably wouldn't unless it was extremely delicate

I think earrings OR necklace, not both. It's a gorgeous dress by the way- really really stunning!

    Thanks All!

Think i'll just stick with the earrings but maybe add a delicate bracelet as well.

I'd go with earrings and no necklace personally as the neckline is lovely as it is

I agree with the others, I think that when they advertise dresses they accessorize them to show them at there best, they have only put earrings on her so I would take that as it does not need a necklace.

    Hi Blondie,

I agree - a pearl and diamante bracelet and earrings would look perfect.

    Regards,

I'd go with earrings and bracelet as the neckline is quite high
