WW core help please

Livi, 29 May, 2008 at 10:51 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0

i am a ww gold member and have always followed the points plan. however, i am really struggling to lose 1/2-1 stone since having my baby nearly 2 years ago and is starting to really get me down. I keep going back and forth to points and it's just not happening for me anymore.

so i've decided to perhaps give core a go as a bit of a change but don't really know anything about it as i've always just opted for points. i think i have the books at home but we are in the process of fitting a new kitchen so everything is in boxes.

can anyone give me more details on core so that i ca have a think about whether it could work for me?

also, does anyone have any inspirational stories of how to get less than a stone off as i am finding it absolutely impossible (in fact i am gaining weight!). i've thought about doing that 2 week quick start thingy but i am only on 18/19 points anyway so it wouldn't be any good.
