Hey, I'm stuck and wondered whether anyone might be able to help. I'm currently doing the points plan and get a fantastic 5 points a day extra because I'm still breastfeeding however I've been thinking of switching to the core plan to try and iron out some of my food obsessions (eg "I've got 7 points left today, I neeeeeeeeeeeeeed to eat something" when actually I'm not hungry) Nowhere can I find whether I still get an extra five points a day in addition to the weekly 21 points allowance or not, anyone any ideas?
