Hi folks,
I'm going to a Yogalates class tonight (mixute of yoga and pilates if you haven't already guessed).
The class will be an hour long. It is not aerobic exercise. I now that points are gained on an intensity basis.
Would others count this as 1 hour of easy level exercise or would you not count it at all as it does not increase heartrate?
Every little helps towards the weekend wine ?
