WW online...

catcat, 7 January, 2009 at 19:37 Posted on Beauty & Wellbeing 0 1

Is it any good....

Either going to do the WW at home or WW online and cant decide which... the thing that puts me off the online one is that I like flicking through the food guides to see what I can buy/have etc... but suppose I could get those anyway...

Gah... too many decisions... x

I lost 4.5 stone with ww online so i think its ace- im now a leader in a class. you can still buy the books etc of you want them but you get so much info you shouldnt need them. with ww at home you get all the product info plus access to a local leader who will support you (i think via phone email etc)

how motivated are you? how honest- with ww online you have to input your losses/gains- in 12 months i input every week- even on the week i gained 7lb!

the forums are good- i didnt really use them as this site was my support network but they are very helpful.

I joined for the free trial and I thought it was very good. I thought I needed the motivation of putting in points and really controlling what I eat but in reality, I'm sticking with ELMM and it's really working for me. Using the WW guide to know what is more/less fattening was useful but I couldn't be bothered entering all the details in every day.
