?? I thought you had found THE one?? but it looks like my advice has just added to your problems??

In the end its all down to personal taste and what you want but if you want me to look and tell you who I would choose then I can but it really is down to you who you like.

Try and sit down, take your time and look over one of the photographers weddings and try to imagine its you in the photos, I am sure one will stand out for you. Well that's what some clients have told me in the past.?

Trouble was, 3 of them got back to me today, with affordable prices! Typical! Pahaha, OH is being as much use as a chocolate teapot, I guess the only way I can decide is to meet with them all (or at least chat on the phone)!

My advice would be to pick the style you like the most. If that's all four of them then bugger lol

Ask if they'd mind sending you a password for a recent gallery. That way you can see their work from start to finish before going to meet them. That could help you save time.

Every photographer if asked will say their dates are booking up fast. No-one will ever say they've tonnes of availability. What you could do is ask them to if you are arranging meetings to inform you if someone else enquires about the same date. That way you don't need to stress about it. I know it could be abused by a less reputable tog to pressure you but I'd like to think most tog's are reputable and honest.

Not sure if this is particularly helpful but I think you just need to 'click' with the photographer. If you haven't already met them I would suggest you do. We eventually met up with 3 photographers and the one we chose was the one I 'clicked' with - she is there all day so I had to feel comfortable around her.

Go for the one you like the most.

We were torn between two and in the end went with the one who sent the friendliest emails, answered the quickest and that we laughed the most with at the meeting.

being comfortable around them is key, especially if you are a bit nervous like me!

The trouble is like you have found out, too much choice.?

What about this --- can any of them show you a whole wedding at your venue, or one like it, or can any of the them show you a whole wedding thaken as near as possible to your date, which would be a random and fair test of what they can do. Dont let them just show you the weddings that they want to -- you tell them the date and let them show you that one.

Meet with them all. Go with the one that you like & get on with the most. They could all be very good but if you don't click with your photographer, IMO, it will make a massive difference.

My smallest daughter, when faced with dilemmas such as this employs the old "ip dip do,cats got flu" etc solution. If that doesn't help (!) then meet them in person, go for the one you personally like the most, the one with the closest venue or date match as mentioned above, the one who is geographically closer or has the nicest hair style! Try making written down points or comparison list for each or, if they really are all the same then pick them out of a hat and it won't matter who you get!

If you like all of their work equally having looked at their portfolios then as already suggested, I think you should meet them (or Skype/phone if not practical to do in person) and go with the one you get on with the best. Remember, they are going to be basically stalking you for much of the day! It is important that you click with them and will be happy to have them at your wedding.

We met with three photographers - all of whom were really good and whose styles I really liked - and then chose the one we could imagine fitting in best and being most fun and helpful to have around on the day.
