I signed up for 3 months at the gym 6 weeks ago and said to the instructor signing me up I was more interested in the classes than actual gym sessions. So I currently do 2 classes and 1session a week which I enjoy. However one of the instructors (who runs both my classes) is leaving in 2 months so is off doing courses for her new adventure.
My issue is that, I believe, they should cover her classes with another instructor, which they are not doing - do they have to?
Im thinking of writing a letter with my termination of membership (was always the plan to terminate before wedding) and somehow say they are not meeting their side of the deal. They said yesterday when I turned up, oh so-and-so was going to take the class but decided he didn't want to. And tonight's legs bums and tums turned into a circuit and weights class and that instructor had an attitude and actually turned round to us and said...I can't be bothered to do this class, is much rather be sat down with a coffee, and, if you don't like what I'm doing just get up and leave I don't care just don't complain.
I'm just annoyed that I'm paying money every month and have missed half my classes already because other instructors can't be bothered! I know I can get my money's worth by doing a gym session but I'd have rather just paid per class as it would have worked out cheaper with the amount of lasses they haven't run!
