Yay 6 months today

When are your invites going out?

It will go very quickly, it doesn't seem 2 minutes since i was saying 6 months, now its just over a week. get as much done as early as possible so you don't have any last minute rushing around to do.

Yay for 6 months and heres hoping it flys by!

I have chosen BMs dresses and ummm I am in the process of talking to florists

Invites invites OH needs to design them first then I will think about sending them out! ( I am thinking 3 months maybe 3 and a half months before hand so people ca book accomadation if they need it and I will have time to upgrade evening people if all dayers can't make it) What are you doing about invites?

I need to find shoes so I can book a second dress appoinment to (dress is a long way from finished)

other things I need to do are

1) find somewher to stay wedding night

2) confirm transport to church and barn for me bridesmaides etc

3) choose a florist

4)book food tasting and finalise menu

5) make sure oh choose a best man and ushers and sorts out suits

6) sort invites out

7) get shoes

8) get lenght of dress sorted and choose lace etc for bodice

9) acessories for me and BMs

10) sort hair and make up

11) sort readings music etc etc etc

12) all the other things I can't think of for this list!

Im slightly after you guys and I sent my day invites out already (very keen) and had about 50% back so far with only 2 'no thank yous'. Will send evening ones out at about 3 months, then I can decide if I want to bump anyone up and if Ive gone over budget and need to cull any off evening invite list.

Now your scaring me far to organised we sent save the date at christmas as we are having a friday wedding but we are no where near invite stage!
