You know when you have made a really stupid mistake...

I ordered a jigsaw guestbook a few weeks ago, so I have just logged on to my account to check its status only to bloody well notice that I have put the wrong wedding date! How the hell have I done that!? I checked it several times - wedding mush brain! We get married on the 27th September 2014 and I have put 24th September 2014.

I've emailed the company and going to phone tomorrow to see if it can be changed, fingers crossed it can as it said there was a 10 week turnaround and I ordered it 2 weeks ago!

Anyway no need to reply, I just wanted to share my stupidity with others who may understand hehe!

    Hopefully you will have caught them in time! Let us know Smiley smile

    I kept getting my OH to double check the dates, names etc when placing orders, as I was convinced I was putting them in wrong. The more you stare at them, you less you are likely to notice an error!

    I could have sworn I read out what I had entered to my OH as that's what I usually do but quite clearly I haven't. D'oh! Anyway hopefully I can get it sorted :-)

    Either I'm reading you post wrong or you only put your wedding day 3 days early? Surly you would get it before the wedding if the date you entered was early?

    I think I may just be being thick?

    Sorry, I haven't been very clear. The jigsaw will have the wedding date printed on it. Hope that clarifies it a bit better :-)

    Hehe don't worry I had the wrong date engraved on our weddings oops! I'm sure they'll change it for you! Xxx

    Oh Excited Bride thank you for this post. I spelt my venue incorrectly on my evening invites and post box. As we used vistaprint and didn't realise till shipped we had to reorder the invites

    the post box people said they would help but haven't re-sent the wording and last replied on 10th June so don't think that will ever be sorted.

    But thank you for letting know these mistakes happen to other people too - I really hope you get it sorted!! xx

    I hope they get it sorted for you! Don't worry, me and OH didn't realise the postcode of our venue was wrong on the invites AFTER we sent them to everyone! It would have sent them to a university! haha! Hence a mad email frenzy that evening telling everyone who got an invite that the address was wrong, and giving them the right one!! So, your not the only one. It must be all the things we have to think about! xxx

    Just a quick update that the company have got back to me and have yet to start work on it so have changed the date to correct one! Phew!
